This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Chillhub’s platform and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

the Chillhub software is built for business operations, not surveillance or control. We are committed to providing tools that support your growth while ensuring your data stays private, protected, and in your hands.

2. Information Collected From You

We collect the following types of information:

  • Business Information: Customer and supplier data, sales records, financial data, and documents.

You may input data relating to your employees, customers, and vendors. You confirm you have authorization to disclose such data and that relevant individuals have been informed of this Policy.

Cynet Hosting is a hosting and backend service.

Your data is securely hosted with such trusted third-party providers. These providers are contractually restricted from accessing any user data and are selected based on their compliance with industry-standard data protection practices.

7. We Protect Your Information

We use SSL encryption, password protection, and industry-standard security to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data stored in our system is in raw format and protected by unique identifiers. Passwords are encrypted using secure hashing methods and are not stored in plain text.

All data transferred between your machine and our servers is always encrypted to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your information.

Only authorized personnel may access system data for technical support or legal compliance, and only on a need-to-know basis. In the event of a breach, you will be notified promptly.

9. Your Credit Card / Payment Information

Unless otherwise specified, Chillhub processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers.

Chillhub is not involved in the collection or processing of such information. Instead, Chillhub only receives a notification from the relevant payment service provider indicating whether payment has been successfully completed.

10. Access to Your Information

12. Making a Privacy Complaint

13. SPAM Protection

This type of service analyzes the traffic of Chillhub, potentially containing users’ personal data, with the purpose of filtering it from parts of traffic, messages, and content that are recognized as SPAM.

Google reCAPTCHA is a SPAM protection service provided by Google Ireland Limited.
The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

14. Changes to the Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. You will be notified of major updates through email or platform notification. Continued use of Chillhub constitutes acceptance of any changes.
