This release introduces a series of new features and improvements designed to make your workflow smoother, faster, and more reliable.
New: Job Completion Note
We’ve introduced a new Job Completion Note feature to enhance traceability and improve customer confirmation flow.
What’s new:
- Added the ability to mark Service items in Sales Orders and Invoices as completed.
- Customers can now sign off digitally upon job completion, ensuring better traceability and accountability.
- You can now configure document numbering, subject, and footer in Settings.
Scheduling Updates
Your scheduling workflow just got smarter and more organized.
What’s improved:
- Jobs can now be marked as Started or Completed.
- Actual start and completion timestamps are now visible directly in the calendar view.
- You can now upload photos and videos directly to scheduled jobs — ideal for proof of work or documentation.
New: Cloud Storage Integration
We’ve upgraded how your files are stored to ensure greater scalability and reliability.
Highlights:
- All uploaded files (Expenses, Jobs, Purchase Invoices, etc.) are now securely stored in cloud storage for improved performance.
- Every standard plan includes 5 GB of free storage. Additional 10 GB blocks can be added anytime via Subscription.
- Manage your storage efficiently — go to User Menu → Data Purging to download backups and free up space when nearing your limit.
New: Column Chooser
Take control of your data display with the new Column Chooser feature.
Details:
- Customize which columns are displayed by clicking the Column Chooser icon.
- Your column preferences are saved locally in your browser, ensuring your preferred view automatically restores each time you log in.
